Banana Raspberry Smoothie

You can never go wrong with a delicious smoothie! It’s healthy, quick to make and great for your body! Try freezing your smoothies into popsicles for the children.  They will love this!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup chopped romaine
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container or high speed blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  • Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
