Tropical Smoothie

As the weather gets colder, this helps to remind you of being away on vacation, sipping a refreshing smoothie on a beach somewhere! You can also add yogurt (almond or coconut) for more protein if you’d like.

Yields: 2 smoothies


  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • ½ cup mango, chopped
  • ½ cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ teaspoon of good quality vanilla extract
  • (Optional) vanilla protein powder for added protein


  1. Blend everything together and serve cold.
