- 1 large banana, peeled
- ½ cup mango, chopped
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup vanilla coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ teaspoon of good quality vanilla extract
- (Optional) vanilla protein powder for added protein
- Blend everything together and serve cold.
